The decision by the Sisters of Loreto Nedlands to no longer reside in the Convent and allow Loreto Primary School to use the heritage listed building provided an opportunity for the school to review the use of the physical facilities of the campus. A masterplan was subsequently prepared for the campus.

The main Convent building was adapted to become contemporary teaching spaces, and the existing Music and Early Learning Centres were refurbished to provide linked, open plan teaching facilities. In 2010 a Performing Arts Centre was built as a BER initiative, providing the school with a state of the art facility. The concept was identified in the 2004 Master Plan and was then rapidly implemented without issue to meet the tight timeline and limited budget. The hall accommodates split levels across the site and has been able to provide simple and complying access links across the campus.
